Car Form: Why is my embedded form loading very slowly?

Re Question #2 - Very slow load time of embedded form - I've been testing the form on my blog site - same host, same wordpress account just a different domain and theme. I haven't done anything with the iframe.

I have just checked your form and I can see it takes about 7 secs to load: 

Is it taking more than that on your end? 

You may check the time on the network tab if you're using Chrome, to open the developer tools, please follow any of these keyboard shortcuts - Command+Option+I (Mac) or Control+Shift+I (Windows, Linux). 

Once there, click on the network tab.
