My registration form was cut off before the submit button

    I am using iweb to embed code.

    I changed the code based on a jotform blog to increase the height of the html code.

    After doing this, my form's height is quite long. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page a white warning box at the bottom which reads "Form not found." I have spent 2 days trying to fix my website registration form so it will not be cut off before the submit button while trying to get rid of this warning box.

    Hi,

    I checked the page URL you provided and I was not able to see any embedded JotForm.

    Could you please provide the page URL where the form is embedded? I also tried Entering the Site but I was not able to see any embedded JotForm.

    We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

    "Enter site"

    Go to "Summer Sports Camps" page.

    In the middle of the page click on "2018 Online Camp Registration Form"

    Make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

    Thank you for providing more details.

    I was able to see the embedded form and I noticed that there is another form embedded in the form. Please check the screenshot:

    Please open this link: http://www.justgametime.com/justGAMETIME_grunge//2018_Camp_Registration_Form_Summer_Camp__files/widget0_markup.html

    After that, you need to remove the other embedded form. (See image above)

    Try it and let us know how it goes. Thank you.

    I placed that code at the bottom based on a Jotform post addressing my initial problem; my form was being cut off prior to the submit button. I didn't realize the code suggestions included another form.

    I will delete this code.

    Can you please give me specific instructions to increase the height of my form so it is not cut before the submit button. Yikes!

    Sure, we can assist you in increasing the height of the embedded form to your website. First, please remove the code you added to this link: http://www.justgametime.com/justGAMETIME_grunge//2018_Camp_Registration_Form_Summer_Camp__files/widget0_markup.html

    After that, update your website where the Submit button is cut off then we will investigate it further and assist you.

    We'll wait for your response. Thank you.

    Once I remove this code my customers can't register. Because your customer service only includes email, it takes JotForm hours to respond and correct problems.  I can't have my registration form down for that long! Can't you look at the code without that final piece at the end? This is a common problem with JotForm - cutting off the bottom of the form.

    You have two embed codes on the page, but for the same form. The form is already deleted as far as I could see it. The source codes worked in the page since it is in HTML format. But your form users will get an error once they submit the form.

    Your active form is this http://www.jotform.us/form/60596572840160. You will have to remove the entire form source codes, as well as the iframe codes in the page then replace it with the embed codes of the active form.

    We recommend the iframe method as this works best for most website builders.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    After replacing the embed codes, please inform us here so we can check the webpage for possible height issues.

    First of all the current has not been deleted. Secondly, I have had a few registrations go through with the current code so my users did not get an error message.

    Third, I did as you suggested. I copied and pasted the iframe code and deleted the the current iweb code from JotForm that I was told to use. Now I no longer have any form showing up on my website. I did not upload this version because I can't have an inactive or blank registration form on my website.

    This method of communicating is ludacrious! It takes forever to solve a simple problem. It will certainly be the death of JotForm.

    Let's start again and make this very simple. I am going to leave the current code as it is until I have a workable solution. I can't afford to have an inactive form.

    Please! I just simply need a form that works and does not get cut off prior to the "Submit" button. I don't care if I use the platform "iweb" or the iframes method.

    I just want a simple solution for a simple problem.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please try to re-embed the form using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/12-Adding-a-form-to-iWeb

    Also, I am just curious when you said this: I changed the code based on a JotForm blog to increase the height of the HTML code.

    Could you please provide the JotForm Blog link where you get the code to increase the height of the embedded form? That is probably for a different user issue and different form.

    Let us know how it goes. Thank you.

    I know how to embed code using the iweb platform. That is where this problem began 5 days ago. I have now gone back to this code per your suggestion. Please provide a specific and working solution for the following:

    My form is being cut off at the bottom before the "SUBMIT" button on all mobile devices (iPad. iPhone).

    Note": I is working on desktop computers so the solution has to specifically address mobile devices.

    If you are using the iWeb embed code, can you please try and find the line below:

    <div class="com-apple-iweb-widget-HTMLRegion" id="widget0" style="height: 1475px; left: 28px; position: absolute; top: 70px; width: 743px; z-index: 1; ">

    If you are able to find it, please change the "height: 1475px;" to "height: 100%;". So the code would now be.

    <div class="com-apple-iweb-widget-HTMLRegion" id="widget0" style="height: 100%; left: 28px; position: absolute; top: 70px; width: 743px; z-index: 1; ">

    My registration form was cut off before the submit button Image 10

    PUBLISH, PLATFORMS,iWeb is the navigation I use to get to the code on JotForm.

    I searched there in my JotForm account as well as  in my HTML snippet.

    The section of the code that you sent in the last message via screenshot is not in that code.

    Question 1: Is there any way you can manipulate the code on your end so I can finally solve this problem? I have lost an entire weekend of registrations.

    Question 2: Is  there any way to talk to a person to expedite this solution?

    I tested your form on my iPhone 7 and on iPad Air (emulator, I don't have it on hand). But I wasn't able to replicate this issue.

    iPhone 7:

    iPad Air:

    1520245997Screen Shot 2018 03 05 at 11 Screenshot 21

    1) There is a way to manipulate the form when viewed on the mobile device, you can insert a CSS code and use media queries to control the view:

    @media only screen

    and (min-device-width : 375px)

    and (max-device-width : 667px)

    and (orientation : landscape) {

    .form-all {

        height: 1600px!important;

    }

    }

    That code you could insert to Custom CSS Field.

    But, again, I'm not sure if it is needed since the form is showing fine.

    2) Our Support forum is the main way of communicating, you could also send us an email to support@jotform.com

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for the code. While waiting for your reply I solved the problem by inserting another field at the end of my form and uploading an image.

    As you can see, the photo is cut off. The problem still exists. However, at least the photo is cut off and not the submit button.

    I am not able to replicate the issue on my mobile phone and also on other Mobile emulator.

    Can you please tell us the mobile device you are using and the Web Browser.
    I also suggest to try using a different Mobile Web Browser such as Google Chrome and Firefox to ensure this is just not a browser issue.

    Thank you.
