I am locked out of my account

    I own a websiet that has forms filled out and i cannot seem to access it

    the website is quickcarloans.ca

    the login was quickcarloansca and i can't seem to get in.. can someone please help me ? :) 


    Is there a fee to get this info?

    We apologize for any inconvenience. Your account was placed in suspension and that's the reason why you cannot access it. As it is noted, you have been posting promotional links in other users' threads that caused the suspension.

    I have reactivated your account. But please understand that we treat advertisements posted on the support forum as spams and we do not encourage our users to do that.

    Hello Mike, 

    I am unsure how that happened and totally understand where you are coming from, if you look us up we are a Canadian advertising agency in Alberta ThinkTANKADS.com and have nothing but exceptional reviews and handle a multitude of Non profit business as a corporate socially responsible company.. There must be some weird way this happened and i suspect as its due to the auto industry,....??? my staff have let this slide for a long time and really all i need is access to the data..

    Almost every of the dozens of websites we built at ThinkTANK is using JotForm you can check our site, and there is nothing weird.. 

    In conclusion, i really just need access to the data on the account not to reuse the account to start filling out forms 

    can you please help me out? can you suspend usage of the account but let me login to extract my information?

    I have checked the website you shared and found forms that belong to, what I believe, your main account.

    As for the account associated with the email address — info@thinktankads.com, it has already been reactivated and you should be able to access the account, its forms, and all the submission data again.

    You are awesome! thank you for helping me access the data attributed to quickcarloans.ca that is tied to my gmail email of info@thinktankads.com

    I got your access and thank you! You mention other forms associated with the Quickcaroans.ca site? as i am the principle at QCL i wanted to make sure that i have all the data are there other forms that were created that i got mixed up over and lost some data, i do know that when i go into the system and look i know i am missing quite a bit of data.

    If you check the history section of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history, you will be able to find there the forms that were created in your account. You just have to set the filters like this:

    You can also change the filter to Submission Deletions

    I have checked quickcarloansca account's history page and there are only three forms created under that account, no submissions and forms were deleted.
