Why was the plan limit revised?

I never had problems creating more forms in my longstanding paid JotForm account. But now I am prevented from creating my spring forms because of your limit. If I delete last year's forms, then I lose the submissions, also. This is not the deal I signed up for when I re-upped my annual subscription. What is the logic behind this change other than chasing customers away? Your service frankly is not worth $39 a month to my company. It is barely worth $20 a month. It works fine, but it is not mission critical. Better take another look at overestimating your value to customers.

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. Kindly note that there were many factors considered before the change of plan limits including things like maintenance costs and product development.

We have however taken note of your concern and I have escalated the issue to the relevant team.

Once again our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused.

You can always export your data from your submission page if this is your concern. Please also note that we increased your form count limit from 25 to 125.
