I have a form made up with jotform it's an online order form for a competition I am filming RIGHT NOW, so people are buying their dvds/digital downloads now and I've just had a email to say I've reached max capacity at 3 orders this month, so I updated my subscription and checked my account and now it's not even on there!! Please help :"(

Is there a number I can call? This is really going to kick me in the nuts if this dosent work and it didn't say anywhere that I only had 3 orders on the free form, if I'd of known that I'd of upgraded my account weeks ago

I have checked your account and found that your account is set to Gold. I suppose that this has already resolved your issue. However, if you have additional questions, please let us know.
