Is there a way to only share specific fields (columns) from form data in google spreadsheets?

I need to share form data in a google spreadsheet but would like to only share specific columns. For instance, if in my form you entered Name and Birthday but in the google spreadsheet I only want to see Name data.

Unfortunately this is not possible as with google Spreadsheet integration all the fields will be added to the google spreadsheet integration. 

Kindly do note that if you make changes to the Google Spreadsheet document this will break the integration. Also kindly note that if you make changes in your form you will need to re--do the integration as this will break the integration too.
