If you revert to an older version of your form, will you lose any submissions, or will they remain?

It is indeed possible to loose some data. It can happen if the previous form version have different or missing field compared to the latest version that have existing submission data already.

Example:

Form version 040318 :

field 1, field 2, field 3

---

Form version 040118:

field 1, field 2

------------------------------

So in the example scenario if you revert to form version 040118, field 3 data will gone.
