Form fields missing in email notifier.

    When I receive the email on one of my forms that a person has completed. Some of the fields are missing. I have checked in the settings and all fields are selected be be shown but in this instances is the persons name ??

    Normally, if the field does not have data in the Email, it was also due to the submission data not having the data on the same field.

    You can check the submission data of that email in the form View Submission panel. It will show that there is no submission data for that field as well (i.e. Child Name field)

    I reviewed your form and I was able to figured out how to replicate the mistake scenario.

    I can submit the form without filling in any data for the Child Name fields in the form. As long as I do not answer the field/question How many child... then I can leave all Child Name field empty and will still submit the form.

    To fix, make the field "How many children you are booking..." mandatory or *Required.

    This will then force the user to select option as to how many child.. then they will be required also to provide the child's name for each number of child.
