How can I delete Jotform logo from the bottom of the page?

Hi, I would like to delete the jotform logo from the bottom of my application form. 

Please let me know how can I do that.

It's the Jotform Branding, and can only be removed by paid-level accounts. It's under My Account - Settings page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings).
