Configuring multiple approvals of a form

I would like to know if JotForm would support the following form review process.  A subset of the fields in the form are sent to the first reviewers either in series or parallel but if in serial then the second reviewer must not see the first reviewers response.  Each reviewer has 3 questions to answer. Once the first two reviewers have responded an approver sees all the original responses, and both reviewers responses.
