Pricing without mandatory payments

I currently have a form set up with product and pricing but I dont want a mandatory payment to be made when they submit.  I do want the form to update pricing when items are selected but I want to be able to send an invoice to my customers when their design has been agreed upon.  I run a cake pop business and this is more of a starting point of an invoice/quote.  Is there a way to do this?  To keep items with pricing that updates with selections and let a customer submit this form without having to make a payment?

You can make use of the purchase order field for your form. This performs the same as other payment fields in relation to handling products, except that it is not connected to any payment gateway.
