Trying to get into my account

    I can not open my account! I tried to reset password at address above but it will not send me email to change password! I don't get any notifications of any kind!


    Please help ASAP!

    I checked the email address (AcceleRayshawnAthleticTraining@gmail.com) and I did not find any JotForm account associated with it.

    Please provide any of these following so we can investigate it further:

    - Form link

    - The website where the form is embedded

    - The correct email address registered to the account

    - Account username
