I already tried to downgrade from bronze to starter again. I won’t use the forms I made until next year.
It would be downgraded at 28th of February. Nothing like that happened. Now it will end the 28th of March and I will have to pay another month.
It says something of changing it manually! What does this mean and how does it work?
How can I change all this?

I see you made a downgrade to free plan. If I may ask since its not clear in your response, do you need to upgrade and was there a reason for you canceling your subscription?
Kindly note that a refund ins done once a user cancels their subscription.
