Good afternoon, I'm getting feedback from a few of our users that it won't allow them to submit a form more than once, specifically when they are trying to submit for siblings. Is there a way around that?

This was caused by the UNIQUE SUBMISSION > CHECK COOKIES ONLY setting you configured on your form.
Just change it to NO CHECK and that should do it.
