I was able to reproduced the issue when I test your form using mobile browser. The Review and Submit button was not triggering when I click on it.

It was working properly though if using desktop browser as I was able to see the preview screen to submit.

    ---

On further test, I found that the mobile browser issue was due to the Input Table field in the form not working properly when the option "Require at least one answer" is enabled.

It seems the glitch will happen when the combination of Input Table having only one required answer. For it to work properly, there should be more than one answer or each field row must have an answer.

I will submit a bug ticket report to the next level support so that they can check and fix this issue.

For the meantime, I suggest you use a different field for this question on your form. Since you only require one answer for the available options. you may want to use the Single Choice field instead to replace the Input Table field.

    Hey,
Is there any way the integration with SQUARE can allow for discount codes?
I use them all the time, but it's not giving me that option.
Also, I wonder if I can set the price so that it can't be edited by
    non-savvy internet users accidentally.
