How to reload the form link again for new submission?

Hi,

I have created one registration form and I am using this form in one event to capture the data of attendees so I am using the direct link to getting all the details. 

I have an issue after one submission how this link will be reloaded for a new submission.  

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to ask that when the form is submitted and thank you message is displayed, how to show the form again so that you can submit it again?
