I upgraded to silver plan but it automatically upgraded to gold plan. Please switch my account to silver plan.

    Hi, 

    i was bought silver plan, buy i just realize that its auto order to gold in the next day. 

    i don't want this and want to back to silver and refund my money..

    I did check your account and found that on Feb 23, 2018, you upgraded your account to silver monthly subscription plan but on Feb 24, 2018 you upgraded your account again to Gold monthly subscription plan. 

    Upon your request, I have switched your account again to silver monthly plan and prorated refund was processed automatically. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
