    Hi,

I got infromated via one of our customers that they could not enrole them selves because of out of storage.

Can you see what level we have and what do I need to get more storage?

    Best regards

    Josefine

Also, we have only about 450 enroled in Jotform but in Google docs that is connected to the Jotform there is about 700. We have expected 700 enrolement. It is very important for us that we have all enrolments in place and its the same in Jotform and Google docs

The form is called Team Solar 2018.

The Submission Storage Limit for FREE Accounts is 500.

If you are on a paid plan, there is no Limit for Submission Storage (UNLIMITED).

From: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

🔘 Submission Storage (total):  This is the total number of submissions you can store on your account itself, this is different from the first one which is a monthly limit. So for example, in "Free" plan, you are only allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.

If you upgrade to one of our paid plans, the (old) submissions can be restored.
