    my form can`t receve files more then 400 mb. How can I fix it?

    max file size was set to 1024000

    Hi higet,

    1024000 is 1000MB (1GB) which is the default size for file upload field. Have you prompted with an error, if yes, what kind of error?

    Sometimes a large size files may take sometime to get uploaded.

    Hi higet,

    It is not because you are using a template. Please try to set your upload field limit to 500MB, this isn't actually a solution but an option.  This happen sometimes when our server have a delay in response due to many of our users are doing the same thing as yours and any other server request and we are really sorry about this.

    Also, sometimes an interruption to your connection would lead this to happen. Do you experience this?

    Have you tried switching your single file upload to multiple file upload so you can see the progress bar for upload?

    but my other forms work ok!

    i can`t use multiple file upload because it unable receive many files with same ext and cyrillic filenames

    I'm sorry higet, I have just check your form and your settings do allows all file types. Please add an extensions to it, something like mp3, flv, mp4 and ect. and let us know if it still doesn not work.

    Higet, it sounds like you've found a workaround that works for you then if I am understanding you correctly?

    Additionally, may I ask which Template it was? Were you using one somewhere in our Gallery or did you clone one of your own forms and use that as a template?

    Is the 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED) the error you were receiving from the form that is related to this problem?

    Could you please provide links to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd? I would like to investigate this some more for you as it sounds like it may be related to some previous file size issues we've had in the past.

    So I tested the second form that was cloned by cloning it and testing it myself (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22935650985970) with a very large file and it seemed to upload fine so I was unable to reproduce the same error that you got which leads me to believe that your connection possibly timed out due to the serverload so it aborted. It took about 20 minutes or so for me but it seemed to be uploaded fine and then I went to download it to test it and see if would work and I could not as I ended up with a completely different error Unknown Host Resolve and Host Denied (both are XML Errors). To my current knowledge this is most likely related to a previous ongoing issue with uploading and downloading very large files as which tends to cause unexpected form errors and I also know that our development team is aware of this issue. I deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

    In spite of this result i note in my page that if file size more than 300 mb that could be a problem in uploading

    May i ask what type of file you are trying to upload that is very large? Or were you just testing it out as well?

    i tried from diff places and computers. only one of my form is work properly.

    others (for ex. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22832697595974)

    can`t upload big files (

    %-counter speed up and upload become "falled"

    Hi there,

    Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I have tested on my end and have not been able to reproduce the issue.

    The error that you have mentioned is usually caused due to a computer not being able to find a connection.  This can be due to a number of reasons. 

    The server may have a timeout option. An error on the Router or firewall settings.

    May I ask, how fast is your internet connection?

    Unfortunately,  Multiple uploads button has an intermittent issue with large files. This is something our developers are very aware of.

    We recommend to use single upload button instead, thought this might involve to add more than one.

    Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon, however I cannot provide with an ETA as the development team workload is based on priorities.

    forms on form.jotformpro.com can`t receive files more than 400mb
