Can I receive a January invoice copy despite the downgrade in Feb?

    Hi team, may I get a Jan invoice copy? I cannot see the billing information anymore since I downgraded to free account in Feb. Thanks, Karma

    Please note that you should still be able to download invoice from your account Billing / Upgrade page:  https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing (You need to scroll down and you should be able to see the invoices )
