Participants are required to upload a doc if he/she picked one of the reply options... and by the time I download the database, that doc shows as a link like this https://www.jotform.com/uploads/XXXX/80XXXX.pdf.

I tried to share the database / link to non-Jotform user for their own download but they told me that they failed to download the doc.

Please help, how can I share the link (as included in database) with non-Jotform user (besides giving he/she access)?

Please check if the login required option to view the uploaded files in your account settings is enabled for downloading the files from the submissions.

If the option is enabled, the other users will not be able to download/view the files uploaded to the files. Please disable the option and see if that works for you. If you need any further assistance, please provide us with the link that you are trying to downloading so that we can take a look and assist you.

    Thanks!
