I forgot the password but I don't receive any mail from your side. Your message told me, I should look into my mailbox. No mail received so far.

In regards, to my previous mail, about password reset request. Our Username should be "Nepalkinderhilfe".

The account username is registered to the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). I checked our email logs and I can see that emails are being sent to the email address properly.
Please check your spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.
