Suggestion: Matrix with Dropdown Choices

I'd like to create a form like the attached. Names down the side, dates across the top, and each cell is a dropdown. For my particular use case, I would be fine with a tri-state checkbox, but a dropdown might be more broadly applicable.

You can use an input table

It can change its fields input type into DropDown, rows into names and Columns into dates.
