    Google Drive Integration

Asked by guest_22926994561062 on October 20, 2012 at 03:29 PM

I am the administrator for the Google Apps for my organization. Google Drive is enabled for all users. I was able to integrate my Jotform to my Admin account, I deintegrated and tried to integrate it to a different account and thats where the errors were starting to show.Screen shot

I assume your issue is related to svgs' on this thread.

Are you still able to integrate JotForm with the admin account? Do ordinary accounts (free) still work with the integration on your end?

This will require an investigation from our development team. Please respond to the questions I raised above so I can submit a bug ticket right away.

    Thank you!

This is related to the SVGS.

I am not able to integrate with my admin account anymore. I had it integrated and it worked flawlessly. Ordinary accounts work flawlessly aswell. however I'd like to use my organization accounts

I have forwarded a ticket to have our developers take a look into this. We will contact you if we receive an update.

Meanwhile, I searched for information related to this issue and found this:

Well, I figured out the root cause of the problem. It turns out that our company's Google Apps account had Docs API access turned off.
Our Google Apps Administrator has since turned it on and this has resolved the issue.

Unless something has changed on our end, I am inclined to think that your issue might be similar to that referenced on the link above.

Would you mind double checking your organization's Docs API access? Thanks!

I figured it out and it now works.

Inside the Control Panel for Google Apps Users must enable the option for Drive and Docs in the Settings tab.

The second option must be checked enable for it to work properly.

    Thanks.
