I cannot log in to my account. It says it is suspended

    I inaccurately entered my password a few times and eventually hit "Forgot Password" and changed it but when it tells me I can login, it says "Login Failed - Suspended". 


    How do I get it unlocked so I can get in to the account?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused you. Your account was placed in suspension status due to this form — Chris Gallagher | North East Ohio Preapp and this form — Secure Application Form

    The forms have two Social Security Number fields

    Please be informed that we do not encourage our users to collect such sensitive information within the form. We have an anti-phishing system that scans forms and deactivates accounts with forms that are suspicious. Here's an excerpt from our Terms of Use.

    But also, as stated above, you can be allowed to collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver's license numbers provided that you enable the Encrypt Form option of your form and add a signature field in it.

    On another note, I have checked your account further and found a form that collects Username and Password in your account's Trash Folder — Effective Mortgage Marketing Automation Solutions.

    Please note that collection of login credentials are also not permitted.

    In order for me to reactivate your account, I have deleted the Social Security Number fields in the forms I mentioned above and I have deleted the Username and Password field in the form that is in your account's Trash Folder.
