I have someone stating they are receiving a GRAY page after submission (I didn't go through). Do you know what would cause page? Others are using the form successfully.

I am assuming you're referring to this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/80534224484152
If yes, I submitted a test submission and I was not able to replicate the issue. Does the gray page after submission display an error message? If yes, please provide a screenshot or provide the error message so we can assist you properly.

I'm pretty is was somekind of user error (or they were using an outdated browser), she tried again and didn't have a problem (no one else was having an issue)
I couldn't recreate the issue, either.
