How can I add Purchase Order as a form of payment to my form?

    I've been trying to change our form's settings so that we can have Purchase Order as a form of payment; we don't want people to use the order form to actually make a payment; we'll be accepting COD. However, whenever I try to do that by Add Form Elements > Payments, the Purchase Order option is grayed out. I tried upgrading to the first available JotForm plan to see if the Purchase Order option would become available, but no luck there either! 

    Please help!

    You can only use 1 payment processor for a single form. This is the reason why the other payment processors are greyed out. You need to delete the existing payment integration in order to add the new one.

    I checked your form ( and I can verify that it is currently using the Purchase Order tool. Here's a screenshot:
