Card Forms: Is it possible to include images in the Multi-line element?

    Hi,

    I have created a form "Formulaire côtes basket" who use this template, https://form.jotformeu.com/80602461719354

    In the question 3 to have image + question 4 and for an other form if we can have an image + multiline question ? 

    Other question : for the PDF receive by mail, it's possible to change the name of the field like on a email ?

    Unfortunately, the multi-line element does not accept images, here is a screenshot of the fields currently supported by such element:

    Do you mean File Upload? What extensions are you referring to? Any image file types are not possible in the multi-line question. 

    I'm forwarding this thread to our developers as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
