I have set up an Integration option for Google Spreadsheets and I have setup a google email and signed in to the google account to access the spreadsheet and there is no data in the spreadsheet.
I thought the data would automatically be sent to the spreadsheet. Could you please help me?

I have cloned your form, made a test submission and then integrated the cloned form with Google Spreadsheets. The previous submission was sent to the Spreadsheet after the integration.
Can you please try removing the integration and adding it again?
Let us know if the issue persists.
