Submit Button Not Working

    Hello.

I have a form that was working correctly but now I can't submit. When I hit submit, the briefly an error message pops up but the quickly goes away so that you can't even read the message (I believe it says there were errors on this form, please try fixing).

The form has been tried via website embed, via the direct link to the form via Jotform, and also on another computer.

    Any suggestions would be appreciate.

    THANK YOU.

May we know the URL of the website you have embedded your form, so that we can check it out?

Did you use the IFrame code to embed your form? If not, kindly use it and let us know how it goes?

Thanks for the response. I have put the form in IFrame and it still is not working.

I have just tested your form twice, using the direct link as well as the page you provided, the form is working as expected as far as I can see, please see this screen-cast:

Were you able to replicate the issue?

I also left a required field empty and I got the alter when trying to submit the form, but it was submitted after I filled the field, example:

Please try using a different browser or  computer, if the problem persists on your end, please  let  us know.

I received your two test forms!

But for me, still no luck. I have tried via Chrome and Safari on both the embedded form and also the direct form. I have also tried other forms from our website and they are working correctly.

May we get some screenshots of the filled form while the issue occurs?

If possible, please check the web console since that may help you to know if there is any error causing this: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

Also, did you try using a different computer or network? If not, please kindly test and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have tried on 3 different computers, 2 different networks and 2 different web browsers. Attached are screenshots from Chrome and Safari.

As I checked the console logs for your website, it seems your Google Map is having an error on its API and it is affecting your form.

Can you confirm you are using Google Maps in your website?

You can try to re-embed the form using the IFrame code without the <script>,..</script> part.

     <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-80526458383160" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" src="https://form.jotform.me/80526458383160" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:3818px; border:none;" scrolling="no" > </iframe>

Let us know how it goes.
