    Asked on October 20, 2012 at 07:51 PM

    I have created the following purchase order: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/22937481998978

    1) I injected CSS for enlarging the products image size

    For some reason it had effect only on the first one - How can I implement it for all?

    2) How can I align images for RTL languages? Tried all align tags with no succes. At the moment for each line it's positioned differently.

    3) The form should sell clothes.

    What if same customer, wants to buy same product in different properties (size/color)?

    Is there any way for implementing a "+" button, where the product duplicates itsels so can be ordered again? (In current form i gave the possibilities of quantity order, but won't give a solution for same product/Diff properties)

    4) Is there a way to send user a "thank you" msg with order details?

    Thanks!!

    Shai

    Hello there!

    Regarding 1) and 2)

    Please replace the CSS code that you currently have with the following:

    .form-all {

    direction:rtl;}

    .form-product-image-with-options {

    height: 100px; width: 100px; position:absolute; left:0px}

    .form-product-image{

    height: 100px; width: 100px;}

    .form-checkbox{

    width:600px;}

    Please let me know if that helps. I will continue working on 3) and 4)

    Hi Shai,

    This is to answer your questions 3 and 4:

    #3.

    What if same customer, wants to buy same product in different properties (size/color)?

    -The only way to do this is to let your user to reload your page and make another order. We don't know if this kind of feature will be implemented very sooner. But I will try to add this to our featured request list.

    #4. You can copy the email variables found in your form notification and place it on your thank you page.

    Example:

    Your products should have an email variable of {myProducts1} ,just copy this and paste it on your thank you page. Watch this video for more info./method: http://screencast.com/t/NmUk7fsMFjc

    Hope this helps and let us know for questions. Thanks

    @sklayman

    Hi, on #4 -- are you looking for the Autoresponder Email? Using the autoresponder email will allow the form responder to receive notification email when they submit the form.

    As for the checkboxes.. this is your form's CSS code

    .form-all {direction:rtl;}.form-product-image-with-options {height: 100px; width: 100px; position:absolute; left:0px}.form-product-image{height: 100px; width: 100px;}.form-checkbox{width:600px;}

    I removed the highlighted code (checkbox width) and the form now look like this

    Is this how you meant the checkbox suppose to be?

    Please inform us if this is not what you wanted.

    Thanks.

    BTW

    I notice that your auto responder is already set-up to send the submitted information to the user.

    This is an image of a test submission of a clone of your form:

    Your support is awsome as usual!

    Is there a way to align the product image somehow?

    The price is a bit lost between the product description (Heb/Eng) -  how can it be fixed?

    Product field description (the small text underneath) is too small, is there a way to control its size?

    Is there a way to change the "Total" + currency name, to my text (translated)

    Thanks!!

    BTW: I'm a paying customer, just forgot to login before the thread started :))

    Hello there!

    It seems that the code that was removed to align the check-boxes was the code that kept the images aligned.

    I will look into it for a better solution.  Please stand by!

    Here is a sample form.

    If that is the look you are trying to achieve, here is the CSS code that I used.  You can inject it to your page and let me know if it helps.

    .form-all {

    direction:rtl;}

    .form-product-image-with-options {

    height: 100px;

    width: 100px;

    padding:10px 250px 20px 0px;!important}

    .form-product-image{

    height: 100px;

    width: 100px;

    padding:10px 250px 20px 0px;!important}

    Hope that helps!

    @sklayman

    Hi, our colleague EduardoMendez suggested CSS code on the image alignment works perfectly.

    However, on the 'Total' text translation, you can only achieve this if you use the form's source code and edit the text there.

    Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

    Product description lines are being broken (RTL)

    How can i fix it? (price can be on the 2nd line)

    Thanks!

    Thank you for the information, sklayman.  If you decide to get the form's HTML source, as suggested by Jonathan, you can simply move the price to a new line by inserting a <br> tag before the <span id=""> tag.

    If you still wish to use a CSS injection, you can try adding this code:

    label span.form-product-details b { display: block; }

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    You won't be able to change the HTML code within JotForm's preferences.  Although JotForm is designed to be flexible so as to why we can modify the layout using CSS injections.

    Just to clarify, embedding your form using the javascript code or the iframe won't give you the privileges to edit your form's HTML contents.  Only through getting the HTML source you can modify the actual HTML tags.

    Please let us know if you need further clarification or if there is something I'm misunderstanding on your concern.

    Thanks.
