We switched from bronze yearly to silver monthly, can we be refunded the difference?

    When registration for my event opened and I got the notification about needing to upgrade I paniced!  Haha.  I did the yearly bronze, which was not sufficient, then upgraded to the monthly silver.  I need to get a refund for the annual bronze please.

    When you switched from yearly Bronze to monthly Silver, there was a credit left of $150.99.  We can leave that credit towards new subscriptions or refund that amount if you would like.

    I refunded the remaining credit.  You should see the refund posted to your card within the next 7-10 business days.
