I have a form that keep freezing up when people try to fill it out. It is the FLBI Application and Enrollment Form. Also, something changed with the fields. I had single choice fields that was required and it allowed people to select one option and it fulfilled the requirement. Now, the same fields require students to select all the options before the requirement is fulfilled.Page URL:

I have just checked your form and I can see it works as expected, I was able to fill the fields without any problem and the form is not freezing up as far as I can see. I was also testing the only single choice field you have there and it works fine as well, please see this screen-cast about what I can see on my end:
This may have something to do with the browser, may you please try using a different one, if possible, please try using a different computer and see if the same issue happens.
If the problem persists, please let us know which browser you're using and which single choice element is causing the issue too.
