Having Issue with my link title formatting when I share it

Hello,

I'm having some issue with my link. When I share it, it's displaying the type of form within the title, instead of the title I've written. I doubled checked and the updated title is still there, I want to save myself the time of having to duplicate this and still having the same issue. 

Are you sharing the link on Facebook? 

If so, please make sure the you have updated the information on the sharing debugger, please scrape the new information on this link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/ 

You may also update the form's page title and see if that changes the form's name when sharing it: https://www.jotform.com/help/373-How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form
