I just checked your account, and it says that the limit has not been reached, so you have not lost any submissions yet:

Please note that once you reach the limit, your oldest submission in your account will get automatically deleted each time a new submissions arrives.

You may download all your submissions, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    David,

The reason that you are seeing "limit has not been reached" is because we went in and deleted about 60 old contact forms to make room for new.

Our database log is showing that we should have had about 12 info forms yesterday... These originate from emails that we send out.  So we get notification of customers going to form page .This has always been a reliable indicator.

We haven't received a new form since 3/1... Your last post says that you delete from the oldest... which is FIFO (first in first out)... I suspect that somehow we were on LIFO (last in first out)..

Can you double check our account...its very disturbing to lose good leads.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Unfortunately, once you delete a submission, it cannot be retrieved. On regards of the other missing submissions, if you did not get any email notification, that means that the forms were never submitted.

If you did receive these new submission via email, but they don't show in your submissions page, can you share the information, such as names, emails addresses?
