Why am I unable to import a PDF form?

Hi,

I uploaded a PDF form that I wanted to turn into a fillable form. It's been several hours and the form still isn't showing up. When I try to re-upload, it just says "thank you" and tells me it received my form and it may take several hours.

I'm trying to update my website and I need this form to do it. What's going on? I'd appreciate any help you can give.

Please note that the PDF import tool works with Adobe FormsCentral forms, other forms might be imported, but the tool may not work if the forms are very complex.
