How to have a CSV emailed upon submission

Would it be possible to attach a CSV of a submission that gets emailed to us with each submission?  I see the option to do that with a PDF currently.  If not, is there any workaround that we could use other than logging in to view download the CSV?

You may create a CSV report and include the link on the email notification so you download it each time you receive an email notification, please note that the link will be updated with the latest submissions of your form.
