Something Like 'Date Reservation'

I need something EXACTLY like the Date Reservation Widget, except, I need to allow a defined number of submissions to 'Reserve' the same date, or date range.  I'm looking to use this for Time Off Requests.

We allow up to 5 employees off at any given time currently.  A key element I'm looking for is a date picker that grays out days where 'x' number of users have already requested certain dates(ranges) off.  This would reduce the workload on HR and deliver transparency to our staff and help them be more informed when planning PTO.

You may display the date as a single string and you can set up a max number of times each option can be selected.
