Cloning a form doesn't clone as a card style

Hi, 

I have created a number of form and was successfully cloning them and they kept their new "card" style. However, now when I try cloning, they don't keep the card style but go back to the old style one page form.

Not sure what I am doing wrong here?

I saw that you posted on your other thread that the issue with cloning a form is now solved.
