The forms involved are cbs subscription; online questionnaire and both debt review cancellation. This happens only on the windows pc. Any other attachment from any other email opens without problems.

Would you mind forwarding one email to firstname.lastname@example.org? Forward the email with attachments. We need to check and verify this through your form. I've tested this with most known files, and I cannot seem to replicate the problem. Perhaps, it is just the scanning process on your end.
I also checked your form submissions, the last submission in the CBS Subscription Form, and the file is working.

Like I said, its only happening on my windows pc.
Might be device/software related.I just need a solution.

Can you please confirm that you've forwarded the email, which is causing the issue, to email@example.com?
