Sub-user can't transfer the forms to my account

This doesn't appear to work. I click and try to drag the forms on the new owner's side, and I just get a 'no' icon (circle with the slash through the middle). The new owner is a sub account of my account, and I can see the forms on his side in a shared folder, but I can't move them. Please advise. Thank you.

Just to clarify, this guide is only for transferring the forms created by the sub-user to its main user by dropping the forms into the main account folder.

Example: This is only performed in the sub-user account.

If you are trying to transfer the forms from your account to your sub-user account, that's not possible. You can only share the forms but you can't transfer them on your end. You can ask the sub-user to clone the form instead.
