Payment limits: Overlimit - Will My Other Form Still Work?

I created 2 forms in Jotform. One for free sign-up & one for those who wanted to donate. I deleted the one with the donation after Jotform said I was only allowed 3 donations. Will the free sign-up form still work? Thanks.

The limits are based on account and not per form. Which means if you succeed your limits that will affect your whole account. The limits are reset on the first day of the month, so you can upgrade to one of the plans that we offer, or you can wait until the limits are reset.

Please feel free to ask if you have any other question.

But what if I didn't exceed my limits but just reached them & cancelled
that particular form?

When you reach your payment limits your payment forms schedule to disable. But your other forms should still work.
