    Hello there!

I would like to know if there is a way to change the submission responses received via email. It seems that on the jotform website you can change what information is viewed on the submissions (for example adding the headings) but the email submission is missing information that we require without the recipient logging into the jotform portal.

    Kindest regards,

    Lewis

Yes you can edit the email notification's template as well. In order to do that please follow the instructions on the link below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

Please feel free to ask if you have any other question.

Thank you for helping out @lumiardian.

    Hello Lewis,

Could you please tell us the missing data/field in the notification email so we can check it further? Also, please provide the direct form link to avoid confusion.

Here's a sample screen animation on how to add Form Fields to your email content:

Let us know if you need further help. Thank you.
