First of all the support has been great. We have a form that the widget Generate code appears in the setup, but in the answers it appears blank.
It the question is not hidden it appears in the emails and submissions.
We´ve used it in other forms with no problems.
What can we do to solve this?

Do you mean to say that the submissions of the form is not displaying? I see that you are from EU region and it looks like the account is not enabled with EU data center option. When you try to access the submission data using EU domain (https://eu.jotform.com) while the data is stored in the US data center, the submission data will not be displayed and vice versa. Could you try logging into https://www.jotform.com and see if the submission data is displayed correctly? If you are redirecting to EU domain after logging in to the account, you may consider switching the account submission data to EU data center from the Data section of your account settings.
