Zip code you supplied failed validation error

    We have a form, created with JotForm, for the payments: https://www.campbellacademy.co.uk/course-pricing


    But we have had issues this last week when trying to pay - we get the following message : The zip code you supplied failed validation 



    Please advice,

    The issue is happening because of the missing billing address.

    I can see that you did not provide any billing address field for the payment as seen below:

    So, the Stripe should skip the zip code validation when the address information is not provided.

    You can simply go to your stripe account setting and turn off the Zip Code verification.


    If you want to provide client's billing address, you can set 'Use Field as Billing Address' option as your address field.
