My understanding is that you want to change the payment processor integrated into your form. Please take note that you can only use 1 payment processor on a single form. You need to delete the existing payment integration in order to add a new one.
I believe this is the form you are referring to (https://www.jotformpro.com/form/80643548805967). I have checked it and I found out that it is currently integrated with PayPal. Here's a guide on how to remove it:
In the Form Builder, select the payment field and then click the "Delete/Remove" button.
After removing it, you can just add another payment processor.
