Hi this is what my client is saying… Ive given her full access in the user settings but she still cant do this…
"I now have more access to the different options on jotform in the dropdown menu under ‘more’ but still unable to download the submissions, it still says that because I’m a sub user I can’t, and also the details aren’t showing up on the excel as it does on your account. Sorry to be a pain!"
Please can you advise

I checked your account and it seems you are not storing the data in Europe Dataceneter
and your sub-user NeverSuch is storing the Data in the Europe Datacenter.
This is the cause why your sub-user can't download your submissions.
To resolve the issue, the sub-user must uncheck Europe Datacenter option on the Data page of the account or the main account user has to check the Europe Datacenter.
