You can customize the form using the Form Builder and the Form Designer. Here's how to edit a form using the Form Builder:

In My Forms page, select the form and then click the "Edit Form" button.

Here's how to open the Form Designer:

In the Form Builder, click the "Form Designer" icon.

If you want to add an image or a logo, then please use the "Image" tool. You may click the "+Add Your Logo" at the top of the form.
