Please advise how to remove the advertising at the bottom of user email confirming the form was received

JotForm Branding should be automatically removed for the paid accounts. I inspected one of your forms and I saw that the branding is still shown at the bottom of the Autoresponder email.
You can delete the Autoresponder Email and create a new Autoresponder email to see if that will resolve the issue.
You can also edit the email template and remove the ow with the JotForm branding.
If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know.
