I need to change my user profile please but the user no longer is employeed

I have a profile for the office but the user no longer is employed.  I need to reset it please.  this is for idsathome.com and the user is

pmichaud@idsathome.com

I checked the email address pmichaud@idsathome.com but I can't seem to pull up any users with that email address. Can you please provide us a form the user created or the account username?

Can you also please explain more on what you want us to do? Do you want us to change the username of the account?
